Mythos was founded in September 2018 with the goal of becoming one of the leading organisations within esports, focusing on the continued development of our members and creating long term connections by providing a platform for streamers, individual players, and teams to develop their skills and further their careers in this highly competitive field. Alongside this, we work with local content creators and designers allowing us to be directly involved with local communities, introducing esports and the world of gaming to new faces.
the brief
Visinatus were commissioned to create a website for Mythos that would work as the central hub for all of the organisations operations moving forward. With a heavy concentration on the org's content, we were tasked with creating a website that encapsulated the brands family feel, whilst showcasing the talents within the organisation through image and video.
Our experience of working in the Esports sector allowed us to fairly quickly identify the needs of Mythos and implement a clean design process with a focus on easy navigation. With the high level of browsers in the Esports space using mobile and tablet devices, responsiveness was high on the agenda and we managed to create a website that works seamlessly no matter the screen size.
We also created an easy to use eCommerce portal that directly links to their merchandise provider to allow fans to identify products they want and head straight to the checkout, all whilst giving Mythos the added benefit of boosted analytics that are key to partnership acquisition in Esports.
